1964

Guangdong Province as one of the first batch of eight pilot joint-stock enterprises, the Limited by Share Ltd was proclaimed Xinghu msg.

Star Lake Gourmet powder Co.,Ltd was founded.

1994

As the Chinese MSG industry's first listed company, "Xinghu MSG" shares listed on the Shanghai stock exchange.

1995

The production line of proline raw material has been put into operation.

1997

The production of Leigh Bhave Lin raw material production was completed and put into production. The FDA certification in the United States was obtained.

Ribavirin was put into production. The FDA certification in the United States was obtained.

1999

2000

A state level R & D center was founded.The group was renamed as Star Lake Bioscience Co., Ltd. Zhaoqing Guangdong.The registered name in Shanghai Stock Exchange was changed to Star Lake Bioscience.

博士后科研工作站正式挂牌成立。

永利集团3044noc生物发酵厂建成投产。主要生产苏氨酸等饲料添加剂。

Star Lake Bio-Fermentation Factory was established. The feed additive L-Threonine was put into production.

2009

2009年4月2日，广东省广新控股集团有限公司受让肇庆市国资委持有的永利集团3044noc术有控股权，正式入主永利集团3044noc。

On April 2nd, 2009. Guangdong Guangxin Holdings Group Ltd. Acquired Star Lake Bioscience to become its biggest shareholder.

2011

果葡糖生产线建成投产；肇东永利集团3044noc生物科技有限公司成立。

Fructose production line was up and running; Zhaodong Star Lake Bioscience Ltd. was founded.

2013

被认定为广东省创新型企业。

Recognized as innovative enterprise of Guangdong.

2014

果葡糖、肌苷产品被认定为广东省高新技术产品。

Frustose and Inosine are indentified as Guangdong high-tech products.

2016

2016年12月，与雀巢公司签订战略框架协议

In Dec,2016,signed as strategic framework agreement with Nestle.
